Fire Detection & Alarm System (FDAS) – Fire Detection & Suppression system in campus and lab areas.
Building Automation System (BAS) – Control of HVAC & Chilled water system
Power Monitoring System (PMS) – Power monitoring for billing and energy saving
Lab Control System (LCS) – Control/Monitoring of temperature and air pressure in Labs.
Lighting Control System (LiCS) – Control, Monitoring and programming of LiCS for energy saving.
Toxic Gas Monitoring System (TGM) – Life safety system in labs.

o Monitor & Control all the sub systems (ICAS, BAS, BMS, PMS, LiCS, LCS, TGM & FDAS)

Worked in maintenance Department as “Project Fire Alarm & Public Address system Supervisor” at DOKAAE (Abraj Al Bait Project, Makkah Royal Clock Tower).
Responsibilities included:
• To monitor the operation & maintenance activities of following systems installed at DOKAAE project in shopping malls, restaurants, hotels and parking areas.
a) Fire Detection & Alarm System (Honeywell)
b) Evacuation System
c) Fire suppression systems (FM200, Water Mist, Fire Trace, and Ansul)

• Assist the facilities manager with the development of scope and monitor the implementation of contracts for maintenance.
• Monitor health and safety is being implemented.
• Plan and coordinate meetings to ensure the requirements for maintenance are properly relay to the team who will perform the tasks.
• Witness and observe the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Preparation of “Exception Items Lists” in order to complete the projects and handover to service providers.

Worked in Low Current Department as \"Electronics Foreman\" in KAUST Campus facilities for the Operation & Maintenance of following systems;
1. Fire Detection & Alarm System (SIMPLEX 4100U/4010/4004R, GE EST-3, NOTIFIER, Quick Start - QS-4, KIDDE - AEGIS and VESDA-Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus).
2. Fire Suppression System (NOVEC-1230 & TotalPAC Pre-Action System).
3. Code Blue Emergency voice communication system (CB1-S) installed in KAUST campus & Community Centre for emergency assistance.

Responsibilities included:
Plan, prioritize and schedule the activities for FDAS in order to achieve maximum efficiency in the execution of the preventive / corrective maintenance works.
Giving prompt and effective attention to all emergency calls received during and after working hours.
Coordinate with MMS work control centre (Planning Department) to develop SAP work orders for PM.
Responsible to provide technical support to Sub Contractors team for the installation of \"Low Current Equipment\" in KAUST campus and community centre.
Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities related to FDAS and Emergency voice communication system, review all as built drawings and verify its point of installation and standard implementation (NFPA-72) as a part of maintenance team.
Participate in conditional survey of FDAS and Emergency speakerphone system equipment for conditional rating.
Responsible for \"Daily Reporting, Monthly & Annual Analysis Reports\" and Support the Service Head in performing all related tasks as deemed necessary for O&M of the system.
